For a long time, it was too expensive for me to justify buying it. I saw on it on sale one day and decided to treat myself. This pen looks absolutely stunning in real life but the most amazing part of this pen is the nib. It is probably the best big I have ever written with, the balance between the feedback and smoothies is a perfect fit to what I prefer. The competition to this pen is the Pilot Custom 74, which is smoother in contrast with the Platinum’s feedback.
